This hummingbird was drying out on a pine twig outside the kitchen window after a rainstorm cleared. Larrapin Garden is swarming with hummingbirds this year since Mendy's maintaining about five feeders all around the house. This is the only way to keep the territorial little cusses from "claiming" a feeder and not letting any other hummers feed. Some of the little males still try to protect all the feeders! But the number allow other hummers to sneak in for a drink.
